Global Enterprise Portal Implementation...

Nathan Slattery from Blackfin Consulting provided technical implementation services for our Global Enterprise Portals hosted in Europe and ASPAC. As the sole Technical Consultant on the project Nathan was responsible for all technical aspects of the implementation including working with Third Party support companies to transition the landscapes into business as usual support.

The original investment was to service the requirement of our Global HR instances and we continue to build on this foundation today. The result of the work carried out by Nathan was a successful, on time go live, a robust and performing landscape with all facets of the implementations documented and handed over to our business partners for ongoing support.
