Combined Upgrade & Unicode...

Nathan Slattery from Blackfin was key in our Company's deliverable of upgrading our R/3 instance from 4.6c to R/3 Enterprise. Part of this work was to also conduct a Unicode migration of our 1.6 TB database at the time. At the time this was the largest DB to have been migrated using new migration tools that had been developed by SAP. Based on the success of our migration, it was subsequently presented at an International SAP Technologies Conference.

As part of this engagement Nathan was also able to optimise long existing performance issues across our investment and put in place support processes that we continue to benefit from today. We would welcome Blackfin back without consideration should their services be required in the future.
