Blackfin Consulting introduces new Support Portal
As part of the ongoing effort to provide the best service available in the industry, Blackfin Consulting is currently building a new Support Portal, which will hopefully set a new direction in self service portals within the technology marketplace. The portal started out as an internal tool to assist all Blackfin staff in performing their tasks optimally and provide a collaborative area wth central communication.
The tool has evolved into something much bigger than originally expected. As part of our continueing effort to improve remote support services we have extended the support portal to customers and have recently deployed the Blackfin Support Portal to Dimension Data in an effort to provide enhanced support services, which include online reporting and an events calendar.
