So why is Blackfin different to work for? How do we challenge the status quo of working for other consulting firms?

After many years working with consulting firms, we came to the realization that there must be a better alternative to the bureacracy of rigid, highly structured corporations. After much searching we found that there wasn't. So we have created one.
